Thank you for bringing to my attention the short guarantee period. I will personally guarantee the product for 90 days after you use it reguardless of when it is purchased. Notify us via e-mail the date that you use the protocol and the 90 day period for full refund will begin at that time.
I am sorry to hear about a previous customer that was unhappy. If they contact me personally at jstoneburner1@juno.com I will personally see that it is taken care of. With thousands of people from all over the globe one may have fallen through the cracks. I have been the CEO since April of 2006 and have not experienced a request for a refund to date.
