Michele offers many practical suggestions for controlling and dealing with herpes outbreaks. She offers tips on diet and lifestyle, vitamins and supplements, topical over the counter remedies, and advice on the use of homeopathy, aromatherapy, meditation, and yoga. Michele has tried about 90% of the remedies offered in her book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who suffers from herpes, both oral and genital.
