Controlling Herpes Naturally, revised edition 2006: a holistic approach to prevention and treatment by Michele Picozzi This is a fantastic book on herpes by someone who has herpes. Michele offers many practical suggestions for controlling and dealing with herpes outbreaks. She offers tips on diet and lifestyle, vitamins and supplements, topical over the counter remedies, and advice on the use of homeopathy, aromatherapy, meditation, and yoga. Michele has tried about 90% of the remedies offered in her book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who suffers from herpes, both oral and genital.UPDATE: Michele has generously offered a copy of the new bookmark that list 6 important things to do if you have herpes available to HHP participants at no charge if they'll send an SASE to Southpaw Press, 1653 S. 2500 East, New Harmony, UT 84757.
